Can customers enter a PO number when requesting a quote?
Yes, you can enable customers to enter a PO number in the quote request form by turning on the PO Number setting.
1. Navigate to the Settings page
2. Locate the request Form section
3. Turn on the PO Number option
4. Choose whether to make the PO Number field required

When a customer enters a PO Number during the quote request process, it will automatically be saved to the PO Number field on the resulting quote for easy reference and tracking.

When the quote is converted into a Draft Order, the PO number is saved as part of the draft order
