Show Quote request for customers with a specific tag only

You can control the visibility of the "Quote Request" button by limiting it to customers who have a specific tag assigned to their account. This feature is useful if you only want certain customers such as wholesale buyers, distributors, or approved accounts to be able to request quotes through your store. 

The example below will display the quote request button for customers that are logged in and have the tag 'allow_quote'
