Export quotes to Excel

You can easily export your quotes to an Excel file for reporting, analysis, or record-keeping. This feature allows you to download a spreadsheet that includes key quote details such as customer information, product line items, pricing, and status. 

Whether you're reviewing sales activity or sharing data with your team, exporting quotes gives you the flexibility to work with your data outside of the app.

1. Navigate to the Quotes page

2. Press Export

3. Select option to export the current search results, all quotes, or quotes by date

4. Press Export

Depending on the number of quotes contained in the export, it may take a minute or two for the export to complete. Once completed, a button will appear to download the file.
