Quote header

The quote header displays the quote name, the current status of the quote, the date the quote was created, as well as the actions menu and the button used to send the quote to the customer once the quote is prepared.



Products

List of products that are currently on the quote. You can add existing Shopify products to the quote as well as custom products (products that are not in Shopify).



Totals

The totals section shows the subtotal of the product prices as well as the discounts applied to the quote, shipping rates, and estimated taxes.



Timeline

The timeline section displays a history of the status changes to the quote, as well as the messages sent between the customer and store regarding the quote.


Expiration date

The quote expires section allows you to set an expiration date for the quote.



Company notes & PO number

Company notes are used to add private comments or context to a quote that are only visible to your team.


PO Number is the PO number entered by the customer in quote request form when requesting a quote.


Public notes

The Public Notes property allows you to include additional information or messages that will be visible to the customer on the quote. This can be used to clarify pricing, outline terms, provide delivery estimates, or add a personal touch to your communication

Details

The detail section shows the values that were entered by the customer when requesting the quote.


Shopify customer

The Shopify Customer property identifies the individual or business the quote is created for. It includes key details such as the customer’s name, email address, and any associated account information. This property ensures the quote is properly linked to the correct customer record in Shopify, making it easier to manage communication, track quote history, and convert quotes into orders. 


Assignee

The Assignee property assigns a specific team member to a quote, helping to clarify ownership and accountability. This allows your team to track who is responsible for managing communication, follow-ups, or revisions related to the quote. Assigning quotes to staff members also makes it easier to filter, organize, and report on individual workloads and performance. This property is for internal use only and is not visible to the customer.


Tags

The Tags property lets you organize and categorize quotes using custom labels. You can filter and search quotes by tags to quickly find relevant records. Tags are not visible to customers and are intended for internal use only.
