Searching & filtering quotes

Finding the right quote is quick and easy with our built-in search and filtering tools. You can search by customer name, quote number, date, status, or other criteria to narrow down your results. 

Filters allow you to focus on specific groups of quotes so you can manage your workflow more efficiently and stay organized.

Searching will locate quotes with matching values in the following fields (Quote number, Email, First name, Last name, Phone, PO number)

1. Navigate to the Quotes page

2. Enter your search text into the Search Quotes field

3. When you stop typing the app will automatically refresh and show the quotes that match your search criteria

You can also filter your results by status, assignee, and tag

1. Navigate to the Quotes page

2. Press the Filter button

3. Select the option you want to filter the quotes on

4. Select the values you want to filter on

5. Press Add

6. Repeat to add additional filters

You can view all applied filters just below the Search Quotes field. Selecting the "X" next to the value will delete the filter.
