Send emails using custom domain

To maintain a professional appearance and improve email deliverability, our app allows you to configure email settings to use one of our supported transactional email providers.

This means that quote request notifications, follow-ups, and other automated emails can be sent from an address like [email protected] instead of our domain name ([email protected]).

The email providers that we currently support are:

Several of these providers offer free plans, especially if you are sending less than 1,000 emails per month.

Setup custom domain

1. Choose a provider and set up an account. Once you set up an account, you will need to find and copy your API key.

2. Navigate to the Email page

3. Select the provider you chose from the dropdown list

4. Enter the API key from the provider, and enter the From Email that you want to send the emails from

5. Press Save

Send Test Email

Once you save, it is highly recommended that you send a test email to ensure that you have set everything up correctly and the emails are being delivered.

1. Press the Send Test Email button

2. Enter your email in the pop-up

3. Press Send

If you receive an error message, then there is an issue with your configuration. Please double-check your API key and make sure that the From Email is using the same domain as the one you configured with your provider.
