Managing staff users

Requires PRO plan

Users allow you to create logins for your internal staff members. These user accounts can log into the app directly without going through the Shopify admin first.


Users can also be assigned to quotes. When a user is assigned to a quote, the information related to the user can be used in the quote PDF and email templates.


Creating a new user

1. Navigate to the Users page and select the New User button

2. Enter Name, Email Address, and Password

3. Select options

Admin User: Check to give the user access to all settings. Standard users only have access to the Orders tab


User can send quotes to customer: Check this option to give the user the ability to send the quotes to the customer when they are ready.


User can only see assigned quotes: Check this option if you want the user to only have access to quotes assigned to them

Editing a user

1. Navigate to the user page

2. Press ... button

3. Select Edit

4. Update fields

5. Press Save

In addition to the standard user fields, there is also an optional user information field that can be used to store information to be displayed on email and PDF templates.

1. Press User Info button

2. Enter content in the user Info Field

3. Press Save

Deleting a user

1. Navigate to the user page

2. Press ... button

3. Select Delete

4. Confirm that you want to delete the user. This action is irreversible.

Change user password

1. Navigate to the user page

2. Press ... button

3. Select Edit

4. Select Change User Password checkbox

5. Enter a new password

6. Press Save
